Byard have designed and been involved in the planning, lay-out and process design of many of our own and our clients spiral pipe plants throughout the world.

We work closely with our clients to develop a plant lay-out and scope of building to suit the project they are contemplating and to suit the pipe they will manufacture and of course the budget they can afford.

This can be a large fully automated API pipe making plant like the one we supplied to Safa Group in Tehran and Mashad or to SCC in Nigeria where we helped them design a full service water pipe plant for a 100,000km 3m diameter pipeline. Or a simple factory design to suit a one off piling project.

In all cases we work with the client from an early stage to develop a plan based on our spiral pipe manufacturing experience and knowhow and so from the beginning the client is able to make informed decisions with our engineers working closely with him.
