We have been making pipes and designing/building spiral pipe mills for decades. Our mill has undergone many changes through the years. We continue to carry out detailed re-design work on the various modules of our machines, always striving to make a better product for our customer.

Designing in 3D

AutoCAD may still be the industry standard for sending drawings for manufacture, but for a number of years we have worked increasingly with SolidWorks 3D CAD software to harness it's powerful design and drawing tools, helping us to create altogether better and stronger designs.

We create 3D models of all of our assemblies, parts and concepts, from which professional manufacture drawings are made. Working in 3D also allows us to work together on fine details, with intuitive collaboration between all members of the team.

Before testing designs in real conditions we can improve and refine designs using powerful Finite Element Analysis software.
