An important element of a spiral pipe factory particularly for API 5 L Gas pipe manufacture Byard can supply End Bevelling Machines. This machines the end of the pipe perfectly square and bevells the end of the pipe so that it can be welded in the field.

Byard can supply a single end bevelling machine with a turntable but normally for premium and high volume output situations typical of an API 5 L linepipe facility we would supply a double end bevelling machine.

The standard machine is capable of the following range;

Diameter          610mm - 1600mm - 2,000mm or 3,000mm

Thickness         5m        - 25,4mm

Pipe Length      9m - 18m
